What Heals to Choose the Reality You Want

We unconsciously continue to paint the future on a canvas often in the name of reality, with the paint of past memories and emotions. If you are not satisfied with the status quo and crave an ideal reality, the first thing you should look at is the scars of the past that lurk in the depths of your heart. This world is a product of your consciousness, and the present situation is nothing but the embodiment of your aspirations in the past. If you feel that the current situation is far from ideal, you need to consciously choose an ideal reality and remove the mental barriers that prevent it from being realized.
Liberation from the wounds of the past and transformation of consciousness
People accumulate various experiences in their lives
The damage done in the course of the experience is engraved in the mind as a memory. Even if you envision an ideal reality and your mind is clear, the hurt of the past can negate the joy and evoke negative emotions. By healing this emotional wound, our desires will come true faster and more reliably.

To better understand this concept, let's consider the nature of the souls of those who took their own lives. They are often said to be unable to attain Buddhahood and continue to exist as floating or earthbound spirits. What condition are they in? Often, they repeat the moment of death and continue to remain in place. For example, a person who has lost his life by jumping from a high place may repeat the moment of jumping over and over again. They don't realize they've passed away, and they're forever repeating the painful experience. They continue to experience the damage done there and are unable to get out of their suffering.
Scenes to be experienced in movies and stories
Scenes like this can be depicted in movies and stories. The main character goes through painful experiences over and over again and is unable to leave the scene of the accident. It will be difficult for one to attain Buddhahood until one realizes this infinite loop and is freed from its bondage.
This parable also applies to those of us who are alive. We subconsciously remember the mental damage we have suffered from our daily events. We usually keep a lid on it so that we don't see it, so we may not even realize that there is damage inside us. As a result, they become trapped in negative emotions such as anxiety, fear, anger, sadness, and lethargy without even knowing why.

In such a state, no matter how ideal the future is, these emotions get in the way and make it difficult to realize your aspirations. It's as if a heavy anchor has sunk deep in your heart, and no matter how much you raise the sails, the ship won't move forward.
But there is hope. By healing the damage and dealing with the ego well, everyone can smoothly realize their desires. We can pull up the anchor that has sunk deep in our hearts, spread the sails of our hearts, and move toward our ideal future.
So, how exactly do we heal our emotional wounds and deal with our egos? There are many ways to do this, but here are a few that work.
Develop self-awareness

Start by carefully observing your own emotions and thought patterns. We will explore what kind of emotions arise at what time and what kind of past experiences are hidden behind those feelings. Keeping a journal, meditating, or asking someone you trust to listen to you can help you become more self-aware.
Facing the Wounds of the Past
As you become more self-aware, you'll be better prepared to face the wounds of the past. Try to remember the events of the past and carefully savor and accept the emotions of the moment. Rather than trying to force yourself to forget the past, it's important to reinterpret past events from a present perspective and find lessons learned from them.

Forgive yourself and forgive others
In the process of dealing with the wounds of the past, you may blame yourself or hold grudges against others. But you can't change the past. The important thing is to accept what happened in the past, forgive yourself, and forgive others. Forgiveness is the first step to breaking free from the shackles of the past and moving into the future.
Practice self-care
Physical and mental health goes hand in hand with emotional stability. Getting enough sleep, eating a balanced diet, and exercising moderately can help you stay physically and mentally healthy. Finding a relaxing hobby or spending time in nature can also help reduce stress and maintain peace of mind.
Seek professional help
If you find it difficult to face the wounds of the past on your own, consider seeking professional support. A counselor or therapist can understand your state of mind and provide you with appropriate advice and support. With the help of a professional, you will be able to heal your emotional wounds more safely and effectively.

How to deal with the ego
The ego is a defense mechanism that exists to protect us, but sometimes it can inhibit our growth. The ego acts on a belief system derived from past experiences, which can lead to a rejection of new possibilities or fear of change.
- In order to deal with the ego well, it is important to recognize its existence and listen to its voice, but not let it dominate. If your ego's voice is based on fear or anxiety, try to question it and choose a more constructive way of thinking.
- By practicing Indian philosophy, yoga, and the teachings of Kriya Yoga, you can experience spiritual healing on a deeper level. These teachings teach that our essence is an eternal and unchanging consciousness that transcends the body and emotions.
- In Indian philosophy, we are taught that the world is a maya (illusion). All the events and emotions we experience are illusions and not true. By understanding this truth, we will be able to live with a free consciousness without being trapped in the hurt and negative emotions of the past.
- Yoga and Kriya Yoga offer a practical way to balance the mind and body and raise awareness by controlling the body and breath. Through these practices, we will be able to become aware of our true nature and maintain our inner peace.
- By healing the wounds of the past, dealing with the ego, and practicing philosophical teachings, we can unleash the infinite potential that lies dormant in the depths of our hearts. And we can create the reality we really want.
- The journey of choosing the reality you want is not an easy one. However, the self-understanding and mental growth gained in the process is of immense value. By understanding ourselves deeply, healing the wounds of the past, and controlling our egos, we can truly be free beings and create our ideal future.
So why don't you embark on a journey of the mind and create the reality you truly desire? The key to healing the wounds of the past and opening the door to the future is in your own heart. Don't be afraid, take the first step. A great future awaits you.
Choose the reality you want
This world is a creation of your consciousness.
The situation you are in now is the realization of what you wanted in the past.
If you feel that you are not satisfied with the current situation or that you are far from satisfied, it is time to be aware of it and choose the ideal reality.
A person remembers the damage he has suffered in various experiences in the past.
Even if you envision the ideal reality and feel sunny, this memory will quickly cancel it out with a negative mood

Wishes come true faster when you heal this damage.
Let's use an analogy.
There are many cases where people who take their own lives are unable to attain Buddhahood and become floating spirits or earthbound spirits, but do you know what kind of condition they are in?
They are there, repeating the moment of death.
People who have died by jumping may have repeated the scene of jumping many times.
They don't realize they've passed away and keep jumping off.
I continue to experience the damage done there.
Such scenes are also depicted in the movie.
Again and again, I can't leave the scene of the accident because of that painful experience.
If the person himself is not aware of this loop, it will be difficult for him to attain Buddhahood.

The same thing happens to us who are alive, and we subconsciously remember the mental damage we have suffered from various events.
We often put a lid on it so that we don't see it, so we don't even notice that there is damage inside us.
As a result, we are trapped in unpleasant emotions such as anxiety, fear, anger, sadness, and lethargy, even though we do not know why.
Then, even if you envision an ideal future, those emotions get in the way and it becomes difficult to realize your aspirations.
By healing the damage and dealing with the ego well, everyone can easily fulfill their desires.
Furthermore, by practicing the teachings of Indian philosophy, yoga, and kriya yoga, you will eventually realize that damage is not real but all maya (illusion).
